How I handle your data

This notice explains which personal data are processed when you visit this website or contact me, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The Italian version is the reference text.

This website uses no cookies and no analytics, profiling or advertising tools. Fonts are served by the website itself, without external services.

Browsing data

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. As with any website, the servers automatically log some technical data about visits, such as the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. These data are used only to run and secure the website. Netlify is based in the United States: any transfer of data takes place under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Data you send me

If you write to me by e-mail or contact me by phone or message, I process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the message) only to reply and, if you wish, to arrange a conversation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

I keep these data for as long as needed to handle your request and any professional relationship, and longer only where the law requires it, for example for tax obligations. I do not share your data with third parties or use them for marketing.

Your rights

At any time you can ask me to:

• access your data and receive a copy;
• correct or update them;
• erase them or restrict their processing;
• object to their processing.
